Combe Hay, recently named in The Times top 20 most desirable villages to live in the UK, is a beautiful village nestled in an area of outstanding beauty at the southern tip of the Cotswolds. Boasting a church, manor house and babbling brook, Combe Hay is located just four miles from the World Heritage City of Bath. Michelin resturant - The Wheatsheaf Combe Hay. Named as such in the Michelin Guide 2008, this simple entry is always much sought after, indicating to both the customer and the establishment that they are tipped to receive a star award in the future if they maintain their quality and standard. Only 5% of establishments in the guide hold these awards and inclusion in this is the benchmark of excellence.
Head Chef Lee Evans and his team are thrilled with this news and will be working hard to keep their momentum and standards, looking forward to the challenge of the next year.
The superb wine list is Euro-centric and offers outstanding value, it reflects Ian Barton"s passion for fine and rare european wines and includes vintages from his personal collection.
Ingredients are sourced locally whenever possible.

Festive Menu : Two Courses £18.00 inc coffee / 3 Courses - £25.00 inc coffee
